Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Hello Adorn pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place your jewelry in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and attach the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
